STOP smoking

Smoking predicated to be one of the most difficult addictions to kick, but with hypnosis, you can STOP for good!  

Many smokers want to stop but find it extremely difficult as smoking becomes a subconscious habit and the mind is no longer in control.  So the therapist needs to persuade the subconscious to change its behavioural pattern.  This can all be achieved in one session, however, it’s important to stress that the client has to want to give up smoking for the therapy to work, not just thinking that they should give up.  Client must be 100% committed, to be able to stop.
